Nothing delegated.
I source, shop, prepare and cook. The person you meet is the person in your kitchen every week.
I learn your family, plan the menus, shop, cook every meal from scratch in your home, stock the fridge and leave the kitchen immaculate. One trusted person. One uncompromising standard.
Someone who learns what everyone loves, what the children actually eat, every allergy and preference, your health goals and budget—then quietly manages what the week ahead requires.
This is not catering, meal delivery or a cook sent by an agency. It is a private, ongoing relationship built around one family's table.
I source, shop, prepare and cook. The person you meet is the person in your kitchen every week.
No fillers, preservatives or factory shortcuts. Bread, pasta, broths, yogurt, cheese, sausages, ferments, condiments, snacks and desserts are made by hand.
Your preferences, dietary guidance, schedule, pantry and standards become part of one calm weekly rhythm.

Fresh pasta on the counter. Bread in the oven. A stocked fridge. Children seeing how real food is made.
Explore the standardThe quality of a family's food is decided long before dinner—at the farm, at the market, in the cookware, and in every shortcut refused.
Local produce, grass-fed beef, pasture-raised eggs, wild-caught fish and quality dairy, chosen for freshness, integrity, flavour and your household budget.
Raw honey, quality chocolate, mineral-rich salts, whole spices and real ingredients whose names belong in a kitchen—not a laboratory.
Sourdough bread, fresh pasta, L. reuteri yogurt, cheese, sausages, broths, ferments, condiments, snacks, desserts, seasonal juices and small-batch coffee—made by hand.
No Teflon or coated non-stick pans. I favour stainless steel, cast iron, glass and ceramic, while avoiding heated-plastic contact wherever practical.
Traditional, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or Ayurvedic: menus are adapted person by person. Guidance from your doctor or dietitian can be translated into food your family enjoys.
Health is rarely one dramatic meal. It is the quiet accumulation of what a family eats most often.
Fermenting, culturing, roasting and slow cooking are forms of processing. What I avoid is ultra-processing. Food supports health; it does not replace individualized medical care. Benefits vary by person and overall diet.
I make every culinary decision. With your permission, I use AI-assisted analysis to measure the menu, spot patterns and make each week more complete for your family.
Portions, preferences, allergies, activity, goals and any guidance from your doctor or dietitian become the starting point—not a generic meal plan.
Ingredient weights and serving sizes create useful estimates for calories, protein, fibre, carbohydrates, fats and key vitamins and minerals.
AI helps flag low variety, nutrient gaps and repeating patterns. I respond with real ingredients, better balance and meals your family will actually eat.
Fresh seasonal juices can be prepared around taste and household goals, then included in the full nutrition picture rather than sold as a miracle or “detox.”
AI is a calculation and planning tool—not the chef, a laboratory test or medical advice. Nutrition figures are estimates. Your information is used only with permission, and clinical recommendations remain with your qualified health professional.
No meal planning. No grocery run. No “what are we eating tonight?” We build a private arrangement around your household, then I take care of it personally.
Your family, preferences, schedule, health goals and standards.
Food tailored to you before any ongoing commitment.
Menus, thoughtful sourcing, optional juicing and an AI-assisted nutrition check.
Fresh preparation, a stocked fridge and an immaculate kitchen.
Portions, menus and nutrition evolve with your family and the seasons.

Before making food my full-time focus, I founded and ran FMA Summits. For 15 years in the corporate conference business, I brought senior executives and industry leaders together and managed the countless details behind high-level events.
That career taught me how to listen, anticipate needs, remain composed, protect privacy and deliver an exacting standard without asking the client to manage the process.
I stepped away from business about eight years ago and devoted much of the last decade to one idea: food is the foundation of health. I studied baking, sauces, butchering, preservation, nutrition and traditional from-scratch cooking, and went deep into my own health through long water fasts, juice fasts and a return to whole, clean food.
It happened at an ashram. Cooking purely to nourish others, with nothing in it for myself, showed me this was my calling.
Now I bring the same care, discipline and discretion into the most important room in a home: the kitchen. I roast coffee, ferment dough, make broths and build the pantry by hand—not because it scales, but because it is how I believe a family should be fed.

No. I cook fresh in your own kitchen and build an ongoing relationship with your household. Breads, broths and select pantry staples may be prepared ahead and brought with me.
It is a considered monthly arrangement based on family size, number of meals, service rhythm and standards, plus groceries at cost. It is private-chef care—not a per-plate catering price.
One or two. The service only works if I can know each family well, maintain the standard personally and never become a rotating meal business.
I learn each person's allergies, preferences and requirements. If a doctor, dietitian or naturopath has provided a plan, I can translate that guidance into meals your family genuinely enjoys.
Traditional, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and Ayurvedic menus are all possible. The household does not have to eat one way: I can adapt dishes and portions for different people while keeping the weekly service manageable.
I enter the actual ingredients, quantities and serving sizes from your recipes into an AI-assisted nutrition workflow. It helps estimate calories, macronutrients, fibre and vitamin and mineral coverage, then highlights patterns I can improve through future menus. I make the final decisions and share only the level of detail you want.
Yes. Fresh seasonal juices can be included as part of your household plan. They are designed for flavour and nutritional variety, recorded in the overall nutrition estimate, and used alongside—not in place of—a balanced whole-food menu.
Absolute discretion. This work happens inside your home, and what I see or hear stays there. A confidentiality agreement is welcome.
Yes. I live on Île-des-Sœurs and serve it exclusively. Being nearby makes the freshness, reliability and personal care possible.
